We do things the right way—no shortcuts, no nonsense, just darn good beef. Our cattle are raised on open pastures, treated with respect, and grain-finished for the perfect balance of flavor and tenderness. No hormones, no steroids, no bull—just premium beef, straight from the range to your plate.
Where is your beef raised?
All of our cattle are raised locally on our family-owned ranch, where they have plenty of room to roam. We take pride in our ranching heritage and ensure our cattle are raised with care every step of the way.
What breeds of cattle do you raise?
We raise high-quality Angus beef, known for its marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor.
What do you mean by “grass-fed, grain-finished”?
Our cattle start on a natural, pasture-raised, grass-fed diet, which ensures a healthy, natural start. Then, they are grain-finished, which enhances marbling and creates that rich, buttery flavor in every cut. It’s the best of both worlds!
Is your beef hormone-free and steroid-free?
Absolutely! We never use hormones or steroids—just honest, premium-quality beef raised the way nature intended.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Just head to our Shop All page, add your favorite cuts to your cart, and check out. We’ll handle the rest!
Do you ship nationwide?

How is the beef packaged for delivery?
All beef is vacuum-sealed and frozen for maximum freshness. It’s shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep it cold until it reaches your doorstep.
Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Nope! Your beef will stay frozen in the insulated packaging. But for best results, we recommend bringing it inside and into your freezer as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?

Storage & Preparation
How much freezer space do I need for the 1/8 Beef Bundle?
Our 1/8 Beef Bundle is about 45-55 lbs. and fits in a standard fridge/freezer combo with room to spare. If you're stocking up, a small chest freezer is a great option.
How long does your beef stay fresh?
Vacuum-sealed and frozen, our beef stays fresh for up to 12 months in the freezer. Once thawed, we recommend cooking within 3-5 days.
Do I need to thaw my beef before cooking?
Yes, for the best results! We recommend thawing in the fridge overnight. If you're in a hurry, a cold water bath works in a pinch.
What’s the best way to cook your steaks?
