Our American Angus is produced by crossbreeding full-blood Angus Bulls with Angus cattle; the result is a pleasant balance of tenderness, texture, and flavor. This creates beef with the marbling and tenderness of Japanese Wagyu and the robust taste and texture similar to what you’ve become accustomed to in American domestic beef.

There are no à la carte offerings here - aside from ground beef and our seasonal specialty boxes, we only sell in beef shares.

All our Beef is born raised, and harvested right here in the USA, that might seem like the way it should be but up 20% off beef on Grocery store shelves is imported from outside the US.

How are your Cattle Raised?

Our Cattle are raised on Pasture, so they are grass-fed and Grain Finished. Free from growth hormones, MRNA Vaccines and any funny business we would not want to feed our own family.

What options do you have for delivery?

If you are local to Greeley, Co we can coordinate pickup with you for those outside the area we offer free shipping to your doorstep in CO, KS, OK, NM, WY, UT, TX live outside that area? Don't worry we can still ship your BEEF we just ask you to pitch in on the shipping.
